So, What’s In the eCourse?
From getting started to getting unstuck, Getting Words on the Page may change the way you relate to your writing practice – and yourself!
Hi again!
I’m back with more details about Getting Words on the Page as we continue our exciting countdown to Tuesday.
Last month, I put out a call on Facebook. I needed five beta testers to take the eCourse for free, in exchange for offering me cold, hard feedback.
I have a good handle on what works in courses that I am actively facilitating, and wanted to make sure that every student would feel just as held and supported in this process. In less than an hour, more than twice that many people raised their hands.
Based on actual user experience, I tinkered and tweaked and clarified and streamlined, all with the goal of making this course as clear and inviting as possible for YOU.
So, what’s in the course?
After a short intro that covers what you can expect, there are four modules.
At the beginning of each module you’ll watch a charming (if awkward) video of yours truly saying hello and giving you an overview of what’s to come.
Beyond that, each module offers:
Tangible, easily accessible, and surprisingly simple strategies for that moment of staring down a blank page or screen
An irresistible blend of levity and practicality
Ways to use your own writing as a source of more material
Suggestions for expanding beyond your default writing habits
Compassionate exercises for relating to the inner critic
